How to secure a lot

1. Pick your lot on the lot plan and talk to Terry.
2. Send Terry your full name (including middle names), address, the lot number and, if you’re financing, your lender’s name and the amount you’ll borrow.
3. Terry prepares a standard REIWA offer and acceptance contract for you to sign.
4. Pay the $10,000 deposit within 7 days of acceptance. It’s held in the settlement agent’s trust account.
5. Nothing more to pay until settlement, expected mid-2027.
