What is 3-phase power and why does it matter?
Every Hidden Valley lot has 3-phase power. Here's what that means for your home and shed.
Most suburban homes run on single-phase power. Every Hidden Valley lot has access to 3-phase.
What it is
3-phase power delivers electricity over three lines instead of one. It provides more capacity for heavy loads.
What it’s good for
- Workshops with welders, compressors and machinery
- Large air conditioning systems
- Pool and spa equipment
- Electric vehicle charging
- Larger solar systems
Why it matters on acreage
Rural land often has limited power or none at all. Bringing in 3-phase later can be expensive. At Hidden Valley, it’s part of the package.
